Do I still need to book the phone calls?
For majority of leads, no! The bot will book them for you. Occasionally, you may need to book a call if the lead has taken too long to respond, but majority of bookings will come from the bot or your booking link.

What limitations does the bot have?
It only books your phone appointments. This means if a lead asks a question, e.g. what are your staffed hours or do you have creche services, the bot doesn't understand.

What if someone asks a question the bot can't answer?
We've got you covered! The message will be marked as UNREAD so you can see you will need to manually take over the conversation and answer their questions.
